Female-Focused Organization Pursues Gender Equity In Web3, Crypto
Last week, Web3 Equity and founder Michelle Abbs said the group would be dropping a collection of 3,050 — yes, that is a “305” reference — NFTs created by Miami artist SUPERAMA, in collaboration with Venture Miami and with the financial support of Tradestation. The goal is to extend the reach of the group even further, bringing more women into the Web3/NFT sphere. The Miami female-focused cryptocurrency and non-fungible token group has attracted nearly 450 members. That makes it among the fastest-growing and most effective communities for gender equity in tech that the Miami ecosystem has seen.

Tezos-Based NFT Platform OneOf Inks Pitbull To Multiyear Deal
Mr. Worldwide is going non-fungible. Armando Christian Pérez, better known as the rapper Pitbull (aka Mr. 305 and Mr. Worldwide), is the latest celeb to move into non-fungible tokens (NFT), inking a “multiyear deal” with music-oriented NFT platform OneOf. The signing highlights OneOf’s aggressive quest to serve the NFT needs of the music establishment. Backed by veteran music producer Quincy Jones, OneOf is already on deck to support digital collectibles for the Grammys early next year. OneOf is likely betting on border-crossing brand exposure in its deal with Pitbull, an international artist with a slew of hits.
